Club Rugby partnering with Elevate+ for 2013

Club Rugby is pleased to announce their partnership with Elevate+ for 2013.

Elevate+ are a local team training fitness and health company dedicated to helping Wellington’s sports teams and individuals achieve their fitness and health goals in a friendly, welcoming family-based environment. They have a range of high intensity programmes which are tailored to suit any level of fitness. All their programmes provide variety from circuit and weight training, to full body muscle endurance and tabata/interval training. They have a growing boxing programme, called "PFP sessions " or "Pound For Pound" boxing sessions. They also have a brand new gym opening up soon in Kilbirnie and have plans for further expansion in the pipeline.

Club Rugby and Elevate+ are excited to be working together to further promote all grassroots, college and men’s and women’s senior club rugby in Wellington this year, through Club Rugby’s existing channels and by developing several new initiatives and website features that will be bought on board in the coming weeks.
