
They were almost tipped up for the first time since early July 2013 on Saturday, but Tawa came back late to beat Johnsonville and extend their unbeaten run to 10 matches. Loose forward Sam Blair has played in all of these wins and is a key member of their Swindale Shield and Jubilee Cup title defence this season.

Jerome Kaino: because his work rate and physicality he brings is unmatched.

Michael Phelps: ?The amount of hard work and dedication he put into his goals. He made certain he had no regrets and did all he could to achieve them on the day of his events and the build-up towards them.
Do have any pre-game rituals or superstitions before you take the field?
Sleep in late, listen to loud music and drink a few red bulls.
What's good and bad about training:
Training is the best way to learn about a weakness or strength, and to develop by working on a weakness and building on a strength.
With training always comes the risk of injury and over training.
